TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

The Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and driving engagement with prospects or existing customers. The role requires clear communication, persistence, and the ability to convert conversations into meaningful actions such as appointments, follow-ups, or sales.


Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, or customers.
· Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
· Generate interest and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
· Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM.
· Handle inbound calls and address basic customer queries.
· Follow scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
· Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
· Coordinate with internal teams for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.


Qualifications & Skills

· SSC / HSC/ Graduate.
· Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

· Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
· Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport quickly.
· Good command of multiple languages (example: English, Hindi, Marathi – modify as needed).
· Basic computer literacy, CRM knowledge preferred.
· Target-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up habits.
· Patience, confidence, and professional phone etiquette.


Compensation & Benefits


Annual CTC

· ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA
