Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in client acquisition and engagement by delivering high-touch financial advice and onboarding support. The position involves direct interaction with clients to assess financial needs, prepare Family Insurance Portfolios (FIPs), and guide them on LIC policies and other investment opportunities.
This is a high-impact role offering structured career growth, continuous learning, and unlimited earning potential through performance-linked incentives.

   

Key Responsibilities

· Meet a minimum of 5 clients daily at the office (existing and prospective LIC clients).

· Conduct needs analysis using structured feedback or survey forms.

· Collect and verify legacy policy information via MWEC technique.

· Prepare and present personalized Family Insurance Portfolios (FIPs).

· Offer onboarding support for new clients and servicing for existing policyholders.

· Maintain daily reporting on client meetings and feedback quality.

· Build trust and long-term bonds with each client, acting as their financial ally.

· Participate in team development activities.

   

Required Qualifications & Competencies

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Fresh graduates/ postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in financial sales or insurance.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).

· Goal-oriented mindset with commitment to ethical sales practices.

· Familiarity with LIC products or personal finance is an added advantage.

· Willingness to undergo onboarding training and monthly knowledge assessments.

· Must clear Pre-Recruitment Test within 15 days of joining.
