Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing client base. Your focus will be on client retention, portfolio reviews, cross-selling and delivering a strong client experience.
You’ll ensure that every client stays engaged, invested and aligned with their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for client needs.
· Manage portfolios of existing clients.
· Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement.
· Conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) portfolio reviews.
· Track client progress vs financial goals.
· Suggest portfolio adjustments and upgrades.
· Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing clients.
· Generate referrals from satisfied clients
· Handle service requests, queries, and issue resolution.
· Ensure smooth execution of transactions and documentation.
· Ensure high persistency (renewals, SIP continuation).
· Reduce drop-offs and inactive clients.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduates/Postgraduates (Finance/Management preferred)
· 1–3 years of experience in relationship management / BFSI / sales
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness
· High ownership and accountability
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC
· > ₹2.0 LPA (As per calibre)
