Role Overview
As an Insurance Advisor, you will lead client-facing insurance advisory and servicing. You will conduct protection needs analysis to design Family Insurance Portfolios (FIPs) that align with client risk profiles and life goals. The role includes onboarding support, renewal management, and claims assistance, ensuring every client experiences timely, compliant and high‑touch service. This is a high-impact role with structured learning and strong incentive potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct 5 meetings with prospective and existing clients in Lower Parel West, Mumbai.
· Perform protection gap assessments; collect KYC, medical and financial disclosures as required.
· Retrieve, verify and digitize legacy policy details using the MWEC technique.
· Prepare and present personalized Family Insurance Portfolios (FIPs) across term, health, riders and other suitable solutions.
· Complete onboarding: proposal forms, documentation, medical scheduling, and digital submissions.
· Track renewals; issue premium reminders; reduce lapse ratios; manage endorsements.
· Provide claims assistance, documentation guidance, insurer coordination, and status tracking.
· Maintain accurate daily reporting and CRM hygiene (meetings, notes, documents).
· Uphold regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, disclosures) and SmartFP process standards.
· Participate in monthly knowledge checks, product trainings and team reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate/ Post-graduate in Finance/ Management
· 0–3 years’ experience in Sales (Insurance sales/advisory or financial services preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ethical, customer-first mindset with strong follow-through and documentation discipline
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC
· ₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA
