Human resource INTERNSHIP

Tenure: 3–12 months

Stipend: ₹ 5,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction process
  • Manage attendance, leave records and HR databases
  • Coordinate internal communication and HR activities
  • Assist in drafting HR job descriptions, emails and reports
  • Handle basic payroll coordination and compliance support
  • Maintain daily activity and reporting

  • Basic understanding of HR functions (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong discipline and professionalism
  • Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
