As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for on-ground client interactions, lead generation, and supporting the sales team in driving business.
You’ll be the first point of contact between SmartFP and potential clients.
· Visit assigned areas to identify and approach potential clients.
· Fill feedback forms and generate leads through direct interaction and local networking.
· Brief clients about financial products and services.
· Fix appointments for senior advisors / sales team.
· Ensure scheduled meetings are attended and followed up.
· Support the team in maintaining daily activity targets.
· Capture client details accurately.
· Maintain basic records of leads and interactions.
· Represent SmartFP professionally in the field.
· Build trust and positive first impressions.
· 12th pass/ Graduate (any stream)
· 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
· Comfortable with field work and travel
· Good communication and basic persuasion skills
· Energetic, disciplined and target-driven
· Performance-based incentives on lead generation. ₹50/Lead (Form)
· Opportunity to increase earnings with higher activity
· Travel allowance or reimbursement (as per project).
· Mobile/data allowance (if required).
· ID and Visiting Card provided for field activity.
· Basic product and communication training
