FINANCIAL ADVISORY Representative

Role Overview

The Financial Advisory Representative (FAR) will act as a trusted consultant to our clients by conducting financial audits, understanding life-stage needs, and crafting customized Family Insurance Portfolios (FIPs). The role is a fusion of analytical planning, consultative engagement, and client onboarding support. It is ideal for individuals with strong communication and numeracy skills, who aspire to build a lasting career in financial services.

   

Key Responsibilities

· Engage and assess financial needs of clients through structured consultations.

· Conduct goal-mapping and risk-profiling exercises for accurate advisory.

· Prepare personalized FIPs with product combinations tailored to life goals.

· Deliver follow-up sessions for FIP explanation and onboarding.

· Facilitate seamless documentation, renewals, and KYC compliance.

· Coordinate monthly portfolio reviews and assist with policy restructuring.

· Maintain long-term relationships, ensuring retention and referrals.

· Attend mandatory trainings and periodic skill enhancement exams.

   

Qualifications & Competencies

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 0–3 years of experience in financial planning, sales, insurance, or advisory.

· Strong aptitude in financial products (especially LIC, mutual funds, and tax-saving instruments).

· Analytical thinking and ability to interpret client portfolios.

· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

· Strong integrity, ethical selling, and client-first mindset.

· Must clear Pre-Recruitment Test within 15 days of joining.
