Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor you’ll be responsible for advising clients on life-stage-based insurance and investment planning using a consultative and data-driven approach. You will serve as the client’s financial ally, presenting personalized Family Investment Portfolios (FIPs), recommending financial products in our basket, and ensuring periodic reviews. This role suits motivated finance professionals seeking structured career growth and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct 5 client meetings daily in designated area of Lower Parel West, Mumbai.
· Conduct financial health assessments to identify their goals and risk profiles.
· Present tailored Family Investment Portfolios (FIPs) based on client data.
· Recommend suitable investment instruments aligned with client needs.
· Provide onboarding support, KYC/ policy activation, and digital documentation services.
· Conduct monthly reviews and suggest portfolio re-alignments.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory norms including KYC and financial disclosure.
· Build long-lasting relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
· Participate in performance enhancement exams, seminars and feedback cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate/ Post-graduate in Finance/ Management
· 0–1 year of experience in financial sales, investment advisory or insurance consulting
· Sound knowledge of financial instruments, risk profiling, tax planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (multi-lingual preferred).
· Strong ethical orientation and consultative selling mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC
· ₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA
