As a Customer Relationship Representative (CRR) you will be responsible for the key point of contact for clients from pre/ post-onboarding. The role is focused on delivering consistent service, managing queries, supporting renewals and transactions, and strengthening client relationships. This role is ideal for empathetic communicators who are detail-oriented and passionate about customer success.
· Serve as a primary liaison for assigned clients to address service requests, policy queries, and portfolio updates.
· Support investment & insurance renewals, documentation, and digital submissions.
· Ensure timely communication for premium alerts, tax-saving windows, and policy servicing.
· Facilitate feedback collection and maintain service records.
· Escalate and resolve issues through coordination with advisors and backend operations.
· Assist with event invitations, webinars, and knowledge dissemination.
· Build rapport to ensure client retention and high service satisfaction.
· Submit daily reports on client interactions to the Manager.
· Graduate in any discipline (BAMMC / BMS preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, tele sales, and CRM roles.
· Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
· Strong verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
· Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to multitask under pressure (no-pressure as such).
· ₹2.4 – ₹3.2 LPA (inclusive of fixed and performance-linked components)
· Servicing Fees: Earned for proactive client service (as per KPIs).
· Activity Bonus: Incentives for cross-referrals or engagement support.
· Annual performance appraisals.
· Rapid promotions as per performance.
· Skill enhancement opportunities via SmartFP’s development programs.
· 6-day work week.
· Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (login before 9:10 AM mandatory).
· Holidays: As per bank holidays.
· Formal/ Smart Casual dress code; strong emphasis on punctuality and professionalism.
